Our Belief
Our belief in Jesus centers on recognizing Him as the Christ, the Son of God, who came to Earth as both fully divine and fully human. Followers of Jesus believe that through His life, teachings, death, and resurrection, He provided salvation and reconciliation for humanity with God. This faith in Jesus promises eternal life and guides believers to live according to His teachings of love, compassion, and justice."
History
Solomon's Porch, also known as Solomon's Portico, was a significant colonnade in the Temple in Jerusalem, mentioned in the New Testament of the Bible. It was part of the larger temple complex rebuilt by Herod the Great and was named after Solomon, the famed king of Israel and builder of the first Temple. This porch was a place where Jesus taught and healed the sick, and later, it became a central gathering spot for the early Christians, including the Apostles, as a place for teaching and fellowship. This historical and architectural feature of the Temple highlights its importance as a social and religious meeting place in Jewish and early Christian history.
